I am so excited to be starting this new blog with my friend and trainer Carrie Bean.

While I can't promise we will update this blog daily, we plan on giving it a huge amount of time and dedication to provide you with support and help in achieving your fitness goals.
With that being said, I'd like to reiterate that I am no fitness expert, nor will I act like one :)
I have had people ask me what I do to stay in shape, and I will spill the beans here.
I hope that by me sharing what I do, that it will help inspire you to choose a healthier lifestyle.
Carrie will also be popping in with the more technical side of things.
